The Federal Ministry of Education, in collaboration with USAID LEARN to Read, organized the National Dissemination of the National Reading Framework and its implementation guidelines, which was declared open by the Honourable Minister of State for Education, Professor Suwaiba Saad Ahmad, in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, with distinguished guests such as Senator Associate Prof Stephen Odey, Commissioner for Education, Cross River State, in attendance.
